Most lenders require the same documents to approve a loan. Here’s our handy checklist, so you can make sure you bring the right materials to your meeting with us and fast-track your loan application. Just a heads up, this is a general checklist, which means some of the documents may not apply to you. Just contact us to confirm which documents you’ll need.
Bring your Driver’s Licence, Current Passport or Birth Certificate (marriage certificate if relevant), and Medicare Card.
We’ll need your two most recent pay slips, as well as the most recent Income Statement.
If you are self employed, please provide the last two years financial documentation.
Please provide your most recent Centrelink income (if eligible) and any other regular, ongoing income.
Bank statements for all active accounts, going back 3 months, indicating where your income goes.
A statement showing 3 months indicating any liabilities. This includes any personal loans and/or credit card documentation.
If you’re refinancing, we require bank statements dating back 6 months.
